My Experience with the work done on my 2016 Ram Truck looks incredible! It took longer than anticipated, but that is because I believe they did it right. They kept me updated on my repair with frequent text message. I can't express how much I appreciated the communication and customer service. There professionalism and empathetic thoughtfulness is the highest.

Gerber kept me in the loop, and finished the job well before the estimated due date. Been to Gerber 2 times now and will come back again. :)

Best experience possible. They kept up to date on the progress of my car. Received a phone call every Tuesday and Thursday. Were done 5 days ahead of schedule.

I recently revisited the Oak street Roswell Gerber for collision damage repair to my car. This was the 2nd time I have used Gerber and I was just as happy this time as I was the first time. Just like before, the work was amazing and my car looks like it was just driven off the sales lot.. The color paint was a perfect match and Gerber again exceeded my expectations in providing great value and workmanship. The employees are friendly and made my visit enjoyable. A special thanks to Mike U. who went out of his way to ensure I was a happy customer and to Kianna B for the estimate work. If I require service again, i'll be visiting Gerber for the third time and would not consider going anywhere else.

I was out of town while my car was being repaired and my daughter picked it up.. I did not get to see it until 10 days later. I was very satisfied with the repairs, the service and keeping me up to date via email the status of the job. I hope I don't need to have anything done in the future, but if I do, I will use and recommend Gerber

It was a pleasure to deal with Gerber Collision, specifically Stacy M. She kept us informed on the status of our repair, and in fact the car was ready ahead of schedule. The repair work was great - looks like nothing ever happened to the car. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision. Thank you.

Great customer service. Very friendly. Answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. After signing the paper work they rode with me to work so they could take my car back for repairs afterwards. Paid what I was quoted. It was done within the time frame they told me. Car looked great!

Had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. They are friendly, professional and very helpful. They kept in touch with me from start to finish with the work they did on my truck. Wendy B. (Estimator) goes above and beyond her job to see her customers are taken care. I will recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that needs work done on a vehicle .
