Walker was awesome: polite and prompt with communication. The business, as a whole, may take on a little more than they have the capacity for, as they often go longer than the estimated time. The work is excellent, though, and they do a great job of cleaning the car, inside and out.

Communication on progress came daily by text or call. The body shop guys did a stellar job. And the car was returned in pristine condition inside and out, almost like it had been detailed.
