I just want to say that I am extremely pleased with Gerber. This was my first time going through a major car repair, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Not only was the car repaired in an exceptional way, both TJ and Chelsa were also great to work with. I was kept up to date on status of repair, communications with insurance company, etc. When I got my car back, you would never have known it was in an accident. Two thumbs up and five stars from me! Thanks!

I love the way they not only fix my truck but clean my truck, in side and out. They even wiped down the inside of my engine compartment.

All were pleasant, polite. Estimate took little time to print. I made an appointment for a quote the following day. On my way to car and a gentleman approached and asked if he could help. I told him I was coming back the next day and he asked me to wait while he wrote up estimate so I wouldn't have to come back. He e-mailed me an estimate that afternoon.

Friendly people. I can be anxious and uptight in an establishment until I see at least two people with a (genuine) smile. And they fit the bill quickly. They seemed really busy with many orders, however everything managed to be fixed days before the notification said they'd finish. My car looks nice. The cut of one of the parts was just slightly off. You really only notice when you get close and look for it. Only major purists would care. These guys were great and I appreciate the service.

This location was amazing in helping with my claim. State Farm was the at fault company and they worked everything out with them. I didn't have to do anything other than drop my car off and pick up the rental. Jeff kept me updated twice weekly. When I came and picked my car up, it was in MUCH better shape than when I left it. Not just the dents but the inside was clean, my car was shinning in every detail. I was very happy. I want to commend Bob and his whole team. You've got really valuable employees there!
