Kudos to Nicole, Julio and most of all Kasey who made a 2nd repair trip to this location absolutely Stress Free. Our insurance declared our vehicles value below repair cost and so Kasey worked diligently with us to find the best used parts and save us money where she could. Awesome was my husbands response after seeing the end results of repairs and paint job down to the stripes done by a vendor who was able to replicate the originals saving us more money my husband didn't know until I told him. Kasey and I had a good laugh about how he had to have the original stripes well he didn't get them. The service at said location is exceptional. I was there yesterday morning, May 20th for some warranty work on my 2015 Camry; I was so impressed with the quick, friendly and accommodating service provided. Michelle, the front desk person could not have been nicer; she is a valuable gem at your location. Joe, the associate tech there was accommodating, highly professional and honest. I was involved in an accident last August and the damage to my car was substantial. I cannot say enough good words about Gerber and the service I received at your Lake St location.
