I would just like to thank the staff of this repair location for their hard work and dedication. My repair had some rough spots due to Geico's lack of a proper adjustment. However, Franky and his staff helped me rectify any error made by GEICO. They went above and beyond in order to make sure things were done correctly. My personal insurance is Geico, the insurance used for this last repair was Progressive. My first visit here for my brother's vehicle Geico was used, and when I got hit this time I told the Progressive adjuster I wanted to go back to Gerber. That right there should tell you something. Everyone has always been nice, patient and attentive. Would always answer my questions in a timely manner when I called, and the repairs on my vehicle were as if nothing ever happened. Both times.

My 2016 Chevy Cruze had been vandalized(keyed). When I arrived at Gerber-Austintown Ohio, was met by By Kevin D, who gave his recommendations about repairs and set everything up to begin the job, including tying in with my insurance provider and car rental company. He called me back when he said he would and took care of the whole process. Upon completion, I received both calls and texts informing that car was finished and ready for pick up, right on schedule. The repair job looked FANTASTIC and came in at Allstate's estimate. Kevin and the ladies up front made the entire process smooth and carefree.

Gerber fixed the back skin of the bumper on my car over 1.5 years ago and the work was great- bumper looked like new. Went back because one side was slightly off complete flush just to ask if I should worry about it and and Bill the general manager said I should get it adjusted and he insisted he do it right then on the spot for no charge. He got it fixed in 10 minutes and I was on my way. And this was on a Friday at 3 pm as I just happened to be driving by. More than i would ever expect as it could have been a recent car wash that caused the slight misalignment. They really do stand by their work and treat you right. My highest recommendation and I would never bring my car anywhere else to be worked on.
