The staff at Gerber was exceptional. The service was stellar--my car looks amazing! I wanted to commend Gail as her demeanor was always friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. I wanted to mention that while I was waiting for my car to be finished, I noticed Gail walking back and forth to a printer very frequently as it was located away from her desk (in the middle of the room). I imagined how tired I would feel if I had to travel back and forth so frequently. However, for Gail, she always had a smile on her face despite the constant trips away from her desk to make copies on this printer. May I make a small suggestion that may help with Gail's productivity? A purchase of a desktop printer, which would be placed near Gail's desk, would be beneficial so she can easily print items without leaving the desk/phone area and greatly ... improve her efficiency with her daily work. Desktop printers seem to be very inexpensive these days. Lastly, I want to let you know that I will continue to highly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends and colleagues for your excellence craftsmanship and customer service. Estimate was reasonable from visual inspection. Once work began we were notified that there was "internal" damage beyond the estimate. Gerber worked with the insurance folks directly. When we picked up the car, it was repaired, repainted and sparkling clean inside and out! Looked like a new car.

Well , i had a very unexceptional experience today and i want to share. 1st, a bicyclist rode into the side of the bumper on my car and broke the thing that hold the bumper up. I was told $300 to fix it but i didn't think that could possible be right. Of course,Im a woman so ive been driving around with it for quite sometime and refused to bother anymore of these body shops. Id recently repair my ac at my mechanic and inquired about fixing my bumper, they sent me to this body shop that their owner also owned. I went there and was told they dont do these petty jobs.I wasn't begging I also spent thousand of dollars at the said owner mechanic shop. I frequently drive on this street and say the name GERBER COLLISION before so i thought id try my luck and was extremely surprise. I walked in and there was this very pleasant young lady behind ... the desk. I told her my issue. Immediately she seeked help and ask (ANTHONY D.) to assist me. he promptly came to look at my car and in minutes my bumper was fixed and looking really nice.a very good feeling. Anthony d. care about me as a person and care that it was a little old care. Anthony didn't charge me so i offered a $10 dollar tip for the service guy. That could buy his lunch the next day. I'm sure but he wouldn't take the money and said he'll take care of the service guy for me. SO A BIG" WOW" FOR (GERBER COLLISION & GLASS) FT MYERS FL..and i wont hesitate to make referrals. I had a collision repair work done on my Toyota Corolla car during the period 31st May to 12 June. Type of work : Rear Bumper change and Paint job on Bumper Time taken: 1 week Quality of work: Excellent Customer service: Excellent The entire experience was great. Stephen Boyd was the estimator for my case. And he was on top of everything. He took time to inspect the car prior to delivery and also he was an effective communicator. I was pretty much informed about the entire process as I was getting sms notifications also. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Gerber Collision center at Harahan to everyone. Thanks Guys!!

Everyone had great attitudes and energy every single time I was there or dealing with something over the phone. Pleasant, courteous, and efficient from first call and follow-up text on repair. At pick-up employee noted airbag light on, so will keep and check that out....the observance of this and concern shown was greatly appreciated. Did see the repair and it looks great and I know Gerber will be prompt, courteous, and efficient to and through pick-up of completed repair. Thanks for making our "deer" incident less traumatic. Would love to add before and after photos, but that is out of my computer expertise.
