I have been SO impressed with Gerber. Their attention to detail and customer care is incredible! I have never been treated so well as a customer anywhere! They are so welcoming, I instantly felt like we knew each other. I trust their repairs 100% and know they will back their work if anything is amiss. I hope I never need the repairs again, but if I do I will always choose Gerber if I can!

My experience with Gerber could not have been better. Jeff L. did everything but drive my rental for me! The car looks brand new inside and out. I did not know that the interior of the car was going to be cleaned. It looks like the day I bought it. What an unexpected yet delightful surprise. Good job by everyone!

My experience could not have gone smoother or more efficiently. My rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Tom M. gave me an estimate, checking under the car to find additional damage, all the paperwork was done and I was out the door! The repairs were estimate for 2 or 3 days however the work was completed in just 1 day! The repairs to my car were excellent and the service people went the extra mile to clean my foggy headlight shields and even touch up a scratch on my rear bumper. Mr. Marsh explained everything in detail and I was on my way. I highly recommended Gerber Collision for repairs!

They also buffed a bad place on my front bumper. Thank you all so much. Very professional and friendly. Took my car in on late Monday afternoon and had it back Friday afternoon. That was awesome to get it back so quick. I would recommend them to friends and family. Great people and a very good place. Very happy with the way my Honda accord looks ! Excellent !
