My experience could not have gone smoother or more efficiently. My rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Tom M. gave me an estimate, checking under the car to find additional damage, all the paperwork was done and I was out the door! The repairs were estimate for 2 or 3 days however the work was completed in just 1 day! The repairs to my car were excellent and the service people went the extra mile to clean my foggy headlight shields and even touch up a scratch on my rear bumper. Mr. Marsh explained everything in detail and I was on my way. I highly recommended Gerber Collision for repairs!

Gonzalo Z. Chris H. , secretary, all were so good to me and I appreciate everything so very much. Great work on my back bumper and I really appreciate them taking time to detail my car. They also buffed a bad place on my front bumper. Thank you all so much. Very professional and friendly. Took my car in on late Monday afternoon and had it back Friday afternoon. That was awesome to get it back so quick. I would recommend them to friends and family. Great people and a very good place. Very happy with the way my Honda accord looks ! Excellent ! All around great experience. It started with Leah and Samantha who even helped take out my car seat. The manager even took the time to show me some of the bad parts that were extremely rusted. The quality of work was great as well as the cleaning of the inside of the car which was unexpected!

The staff was excellent and my estimator was particularly friendly and professional. He kept me informed when the support bracket sent for the repair was wrong and he couldn't get it finished when promised because of having to reorder the part. It was finished the next day and he called me immediately. A real added plus was that they washed and detailed the truck before returning it to me. Should I ever need body work or glass done, I will certainly contact Gerber first.
