Exceptional service. The work done was more than I expected. The repair team went over and above by repairing and replacing items not related to the collision. Special thanks to Estimator Mark Wa. for his part in explaining work to be done and keeping posted on progress. I will recommend Gerber Collision.

I'm a repeat customer. Everyone there went over and beyond to help me; from making sure my paint color match perfectly, also making sure rental cars was taking care of properly. The communication with everyone at this location is AWESOME! They kept me informed everyday from phone calls to emails to let me know how things were going with my repairs. The best part of there services are that for the first time every they(Gerber) came in under the estimate and i received a refund! 5+ stars for this location.

Great service! Thank you so much for helping us as we were going out of town and Len G. quickly checked out the car and emailed the estimate as well as covering the rear window with plastic since the repairs were more than the car was worth. I had called a couple different places since I did not know the area, but came here because Amber was so friendly on the phone.

I was always kept up to date about progress. Car was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. Car was very clean and body work was excellent. Also coordinated my car rental while my car was being serviced.

Gerber did an awesome job fixing my car. They were easy to work with and provided quick service. When they noticed something was not fixed the way they liked, they extended my rental with State Farm and made sure my car was perfect. Very pleased with Gerber and would recommend to anyone!

I took my car in and they had it finished within a week when I expected much longer! My car came out looking better than it did even before I got into the accident, and if something ever happens again I will be going back to Gerber Collision.
