I needed the hood of my BMW painted while I was out of town for a few days avoiding the need for a car rental. Derek informed me they were jammed pack during that time frame and he did not have the manpower to do it. However, he was able to complete the job if I could bring it in a day earlier than planned. I did, an excellent job was done, and the customer service was stellar. We hare fortunate to have this business in our area.

I've never been in an accident before until a couple weeks ago. I was anxious about getting repairs done seeing as I had just taken it to the dealership only a week prior for repairs. When my mom (whom is Mary but I drive the vehicle) told me to get it repaired at Gerber, I did, and I couldn't be happier. They explained everything that needed done in such an easily understandable way, were so warm when responding to my questions, and quickly put my mind at ease. After only a few days of work, I got my car back. It looks like a brand new car! You can't even tell that a Kia was once hooked into the front half of my Sentra. Everyone there is phenomenal and I highly recommend them!

Incredible service and patience. I have had my first wreck and they have been patient and extremely helpful. I really appreciate everyone that I have spoken with while being involved with Gerber. Every question I had was answered, all my concerns were heard, and I felt that everyone truly listened to anything I had to say. I want to especially point out Aubrey, Kris (estimator), Michael (damage adjuster), and Joe (GM). They have all went above and beyond what I expected or thought was possible as far as customer service or even just general conversation.
