I loved how they kept me updated with curtious calls & text about my SUV, I also recieved my vehicle back earlier than expected. They even cleaned my car ???? when I received it back it was nice and clean inside and out now that I really really appreciated.. A new customer for life oh yeah I received a lifetime warranty on the work done I highly recommend them.

We selected Gerber Collision because of their convenient hours (open until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays). Nicole was friendly and provided exceptional customer service from the moment she answered the phone until the vehicle was picked up. She was very knowledgeable and arranged for a rental car, too. Derek was very friendly and helpful when reviewing the damage and offered to tow the car to the Clawson location so the work could be done sooner. Taylor at the Clawson location worked on the car and kept me informed of the status. Taylor did excellent work! Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision!

The manager was so kind and helpful throughout this process. He welcomes everyone and you can just see how his employees treat him with such respect. It was my first accident and the process was entirely new to me! Everyone at this location treated me with such kindness and hospitality. It was such a great experience, although I hope to never have to visit them again! Ha!

These guys are great! Second time I hit a deer in 6 months and took it here both times. The whole process with them was so painless. We filed a claim and Took the car in for an estimate-they ordered the parts-let us know when to bring it in and they arranged for our rental. They said it would be a couple days -and we already have the car back. Looks great too!! Definitely recommend these guys!! Thank you

Previously back in May 2017 I brought in my 2004 Mustang GT to have the left side of my car repaired and painted. The body and paint work was phenomenal, no complaints. Now in November 2017 my son hit a deer in his 2017 Camry and we just picked up the car and once again an excellent job was performed. Body lines and paint match up perfect. Thanks Gerber to all of your staff involved. P.S. The car was completed a week ahead of Schedule.
