I want to praise Gerber Collision and its employees. I took my car in for bodywork repair from an accident. It was nice to hear a friendy voice (Madison) answering the the phone and to help me with planning for the repairs. When I arrived days later to drop off my car I was VERY impressed with my assigned Estimator Tom. He was very patient while I asked a million questions. He had a great deal of knowledge and explained the process in an easy way for me to understand. Upon arrival to pick up my car he explained what Gerber did to repair my Rogue. He made sure that I was happy with the work and took care of the car rental return. Again, VERY impressed with Tom. The bodywork looks amazing! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends! Thanks for your time.

Employees were helpful, up-front, and knowledgeable. They negotiated directly with my insurance and I didn't have to worry about that. The repairs looked perfect and they even gave my car a good cleaning!

I have had two vehicles repaired at this shop in the last 3 years. They did a great job and keep you updated on the progress. Hopefully won't keep needing these kind of repairs but I would go back here and recommend them to others.

The absolute best and a service center I will recommend. The work was perfect. The estimator, Cruz, is a stellar employee as is the lady at the front desk. Both were a pleasure to work with.. I will mention to State Farm what a great job was done . No one should get body work done anywhere else.

Great communication, friendly staff, excellent results - just took a while to get the estimate but that was not a big deal. Other than that slight delay, everyone was terrific and the car looks exactly the way it used to when I bought it.
