Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The exceptional employee was Ben, the Porter. First of all, he was very personable and quickly brought me to and from Gerber safely. If it was not for him, I would not have done business with Gerber because getting to Gerber and back was crucial as I had no means to get there. Ben, and his willingness to do more hours than he was scheduled for in order to pick me up, (as I was told by the staff) was a major part of what sets Gerber apart from others...outstanding bodywork and help beyond the norm. I had the pleasure of meeting Gail D. today one of your employees at my local cary location. I could not have been more pleased to have met her as she was professional polite and was able to service me to the best of her ability. My only complaint was that jail does not have her own business cards as she had to write her name on a blank card which in my Pinyan is not very professional. To me girl is the face of your company right now. I have no dealings with anyone else there so it would be nice if she had her own business cards to pass out to the dozens of people she sees every day. Very small expense for A very large gain in my mind

I was rear-ended so we were going thru the other drivers insurance (eerie) and they were being less than helpful. Gail and Elaine were AMAZING- they took care of me and my car and made sure that I was taken care of and out the door and in a rental. I am super appreciative as I had never had to deal with another driver's insurance and Gail and Elaine made sure I got what I needed from them!

My beautiful new car was rear ended by a 1996 Chevy Pickup. No damage to his piece of junk but there was plenty of damage to my car. It kind of takes the fun out of owning a new car. This was my third experience with Gerber. Somebody keyed my previous car twice (it was an employee at my work). Gerber has always done a beautiful job. They make it so easy, drop the car off and Enterprise is waiting for you in the lobby. When the car is fixed, they call me to pick it up and once again, there's an Enterprise employee to return the rental. There's no other place I would go to fix damage to my car or to replace a windshield.
