I took my vehicle to Douglasville location for repairs and had a awesome experience from the time I walked in the door. The front desk agent Ashley was very helpful and explained every step out of the process. I was introduced to estimator, Brittney and she was awesome with getting my estimate and communicating with me often on the update of my vehicle. Brittney customer service was awesome and I enjoyed interacting with her. I also enjoyed the general manager, Steven. This is an awesome team at this location.
