This is the third time I have used Gerber's and from now on they are the only shop that I want to work on my vehicles. Everything is also better than when we bring it in. My wife 2015 Sentra looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They have done that with every vehicle I brought in. I recommed them to everyone about the whole process. They were very professional in dealing with my concerns, friendly and excellent in making me feel that I was a priority in their day. I worked with Robert E. throughout my claim. He was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. He fulfilled my expectations as promised. He gave me updates on my vehicle and the process twice a week and assured that if I had any issues or needed anything to not hesitate to give him a call. I was completely satisfied each time I got off the phone. I could not be any happier with their service. Even after my car left the shop, I had an issue and called them back and they were more than willing to have me bring the car back and get it worked on.
