The entire process was flawless. No one hopes to have to have their car in the shop for body work, but Gerber on SR 16 made it all very easy. Robin did a great with scheduling and paper work. Ali was very thorough in explaining the damage, the process and timeline. Our car was returned in excellent condition, wash, vacuumed and a day earlier than promised. Overall a very good experience!!
