Friendly, informative, easy to reach and top notch communication. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed an additional light was on my dash and it turns out a bulb had burnt out unrelated to the accident - they fixed it for me right away at no charge. The office and waiting room is kept clean and comfortable. They also took the time to give me information on an issue with my car related to an emissions test which I had coming up. Cannot express how above and beyond they go any more. Bonus is they are well tied to the enterprise on Cicero - makes it seamless and I was able to leave my rental with them.
