Louise (I hope this is the right spelling for his name) absolutely saved my life recently. Got into a minor collision with debris on the freeway and my bumper was dragging. My passenger side view mirror came off and they had a new part ordered and put on in just a couple of days. The cost was reasonable and they even buffed out the scratches from where the mirror scuffed the door. Top tier service and I'm grateful for them taking care of me.

Then last week I had a minor fender bender with my wife's Kia Sportage and brought it into Gerber to look at. Where do I start with Gerber Collision? Like most reviews here, I got into a fender bender, and my insurance sent me to them. At first, I wanted the dealership to fix it for me, but they were short staff over at the dealership, plus they were going to keep my car longer. Gerber Collision delivered what they promised, and I got my car at the agreed time frame. Everything was transparent, and I had the best communication from them, and I even got text messages to give me updates on the status of my car. My car looks brand new again, and did I mentioned they even vacuum and washed my car. I could not even ask for more. They are superior in their line of work and making their customers happy. I would not take my car to the dealership to get it fix anymore. Just take it to Gerber Collision & Glass on Franklin Blvd in Sacramento, CA. You ... will not be disappointed.
