My wife hit a deer in Alabama. 2018 Camry major front end damage. I was blessed to have Farmer Insurance. My agent called claim office. They called back few minutes later with claim number. Not hours or days later. They advised for Gerber collision body and glass to transport vehicle, a nation wide service company for repair. I live 50 miles NE away from Atlanta. I didn't know at time but originally was set up for Newnan, Ga. well below Atlanta. After talking with them, the Newnan location called my claims office who authorized to be transported to Lawrenceville, Ga. location for repair at no extra cost where it's only 10- 15 miles from my home. They called back, gave me the info to include they would return rental vehicle from enterprise for me. I was very satisfied with the repair on my 2015 Sentra. It looks perfect, you can not tell by looking where the damage had been. Everyone employee I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of the progress being made on the repair regularly and my car was ready one day before their original estimate of having it finished. I will recommend GerberCollision and Glass of Apopka to anyone I know who is looking for this type of service.

Our two month old 2018 Kia Sedona was vandalized on a recent trip to NYC. They took an ice pick like tool and keyed it from passenger to drivers side and punctured the two left side tires. We took it to Gerber Collision, not only did they do what they promised they were going to do, which was make it brand new again, they made us feel reassured and they were compassionate towards our situation. Too many times you find yourself dealing people that are cold and jaded. This was not the case at Gerber. Mike S. talked us through the process the whole time. Very professional. Thank you Gerber!
