Our two month old 2018 Kia Sedona was vandalized on a recent trip to NYC. They took an ice pick like tool and keyed it from passenger to drivers side and punctured the two left side tires. We took it to Gerber Collision, not only did they do what they promised they were going to do, which was make it brand new again, they made us feel reassured and they were compassionate towards our situation. Too many times you find yourself dealing people that are cold and jaded. This was not the case at Gerber. Mike S. talked us through the process the whole time. Very professional. Thank you Gerber!

We had our Lincoln MKS repaired in this facility which had some front fairing damage from a piece of metal on the Interstate. The entire process was handled very well not only by USAA but this facility. from the time I received my estimate which was very accurate from Charles to the repair and return of my car as promised, which was returned like new and was clean and we were very happy with the quality of work and again the entire process.

I am extremely pleased with the work done, and the customer service that I received. I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday May 8th, and had been given a tentative completion date of May 15th. Today is only the 11th and it's already done. I really appreciated getting the texts to keep me informed of the progress, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new!! I didn't expect that the interior would be cleaned and shined up - it was a very nice surprise. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family.
