This is my first experience with collision repairs at Gerber and I honestly have to give very high marks for the crew's hospitality, kindness, politeness, understanding and besides being very unassuming they are highly experienced, professional. I cannot but recommend this facility to any prospective future customer. It is all money's worth with promptness in getting the Insurance company lined up and finishing the job in record time and handing over the car in a clean condition. Gail who brought the car and the gentleman who did initial evaluation were great. They are polite and customer oriented.

Everything at this place was amazing. They knew I was in a hurry to get to work so did the estimate quickly. They called Enterprise and knew how the car would be delivered and everything. They did great work and quickly. Then they notified me. I was at work and they were willing to wait for me to come out to get the car. They handled calling Enterprise to pick up the vehicle. Very professional service, excellent work, everything great from start to finish.

Kimberly Q. was my estimator and she handled the job in a very professional way as well as being quite friendly and helpful with all my questions! I was given an estimated completion time and daily updates on the progress. Much to my surprise and delight, Kimberly called with the news that my car war ready for pickup even before the promised date!!! I was very pleased at that!!! When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready with a shiny clean wash and the work was perfect!!! Kimberly took me out to look at the finished job and get my approval then took me back in to finish up the paperwork!!! I will certainly return to Gerber in the future should the need arise and I will also refer friends and family to go to Gerber for their needs as well!!! Thanks Kimberly and team ... read more
