Unfortunately, this was my THIRD trip to Gerber Collision in the last 7 years; every time someone backed into my car. I come back because my car always looks brand new when they finish. They do EXCELENT body work! I always tell them they hope never to return but if I need repairs, I WILL BE BACK.

Gerber was SO informative and professional. They kept me up to date twice a week on the status of my vehicle. It was near being totaled and it looks BETTER than new now that they're done with it. They also completed it much sooner than originally estimated. They answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and handled everything with my insurance company. I only paid my $100 deductible.
