I was completely satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision!!! Kimberly Q. was my estimator and she handled the job in a very professional way as well as being quite friendly and helpful with all my questions! I was given an estimated completion time and daily updates on the progress. Much to my surprise and delight, Kimberly called with the news that my car war ready for pickup even before the promised date!!! I was very pleased at that!!! When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready with a shiny clean wash and the work was perfect!!! Kimberly took me out to look at the finished job and get my approval then took me back in to finish up the paperwork!!! I will certainly return to Gerber in the future should the need arise and I will also refer friends and family to go to Gerber for their needs as well!!! I have one of those Unicorn Cars. It's a 14 year Acura TSX with a mere 57,000 miles on it. I had a collision that did quite a bit of body damage to the passenger side front end of my TSX. The damage was all to the bumper, fender and hood. No damage to the engine, or the frame. Gerber was wonderful. Much gratitude and respect for the way they worked closely with my Insurer, Allstate, to avoid having the car "totaled". My repair cost was very close to the 'book' value of my low mile paid for car. My Gerber technician made a successful pitch to Allstate that, in spite of the age of the car, there were still lots of miles left in the car. Both Allstate adjuster and Gerber technician collaborated in the inspection of the vehicle, and they both agreed that while the cost of the repair was going to be very close to book value, that the ... vehicle was going to be much more valuable to me after the repair than the replacement settlement amount would have been, had it been "totaled". I plan to retire in a mater of months, and having a high quality, low mileage Acura that is completely paid for was probably more important to me today, than would have been the case had I expected to continue working and earning for years into the future... Cut to the chase, the Insurance adjuster and my Gerber Technician worked together, approved my repairs, and set about the process of returning my Acura to the road. All along the way, I was regularly updated on the status of the job. They let me know when the parts had all arrived, they gave me an accurate date of completion date estimate, and notified me on the progress toward completion all along the way. Gerber even helped with my rental car expense while my baby was in the shop. From start to the amazing finished product. My Gerber Team was extremely helpful, understanding, respectful, friendly, and totally professional. The finish product was a thing of beauty.I am delighted with their facility, staff, and especially with my 'looks like new' 2004 Acura TSX. It feels so good to be back in my car and back to normal. Gerber Collision, was, from moment I drove into the repair shop, till the moment I watched the Gerber facility sign disappear in my rear view mirror, as I drove my beautifully refurbished vehicle away, professional and completely capable. I have used lots of Auto body repair companies over the course of my 55 years as a driver and auto owner. If I had the opportunity to turn back the clock, Gerber would have been the only company I would have needed. Please, do yourself a favor, next time you need auto collision repair resource, remember my advice: get the car you love to Gerber. You will drive away happy.
