Kudos to Tom Stokes for his helpful service and expedited repair. It was my wife/s "baby" and he took great care with it. Also a special mention for the person handling the paperwork and reception , Madeline, she was cheerful and always so helpful. She is a keeper. and deserves a raise. Most importantly, the repair was done very professionally and with great workmanship, and my wife could not see where it was damaged after it was repaired. She is quite happy. The team got to repair my car twice (My fault not theirs). Both times the work was done exceptionally well and I couldn't tell a repair was done. Unfortunately, 2 days after picking my car up, I dropped a tool on it in the garage. The team got it in the next day and It looks brand new again.

My appointment is 11:00 today. When I pull my car in garage, Alejandro is waiting on the side (efficient). My car (Lexus ES 350) got scratched on the right side at 4 panels by my garage door. Alejandro checked a little bit, then tried to use some magic liquid rub it and then other liquid to clean it. Finally my car body is like new! I appreciate his work very much. And I ask how much I should pay. He said "have a nice day". I am so moved, not only because the 40 minutes work is free, I appreciate his valuable knowledge and kind attitude, compare with other estimator in another auto body store. They told me some panel need to replace, need two weeks stay in store and priced at $ thousands! Thanks Alejandro!!
