Dropped off my wife's 2013 Hyundai Genesis with driver side damage from the front bumper to driver's door. First the customer service ladies Dee and Tiffany were fantastic. The appraisal went smoothly we received a date when the car would be ready. We received weekly updates on the progression of the repairs. There was a problem with one of the parts that wouldn't arrive until after the promised date. Rusty the manager called me to come to the shop to meet with him. Once I arrived at the shop he took me to the car he walked me through that had been done and why it was so important to wait for the part. He gave me another pick up date and it was met. Deep scratches on the hatchback of 2018 Mazda CX5 were repaired and the car returned within 48 hours cleaned inside and out. An essential clip was needed but was back ordered at the manufacturer for a week, so they went to a different place and paid for next day delivery so I'd have the car by the weekend. They called and kept me informed of the issue and didn't charge me the $13 for overnight delivery. They stuck to their initial estimate and time frame. Great service.

I am aware that my husband wrote a review about service to our Honda CRV recently that depicted the customer service in a negative manner.Please understand that nothing could be further from the truth.While the interior of car was not 100%, the service we received from Debbie and Michelle was nothing less than stellar.I cannot apologize enough for my husbands overreaction and terrible review. I was on the freeway and my radiator protector fell down on my car while driving 65 plus at 5 am in the morning. Very unsettling experience, it went under my car and made a loud scrapping noise. I contacted Gerber Collision and was provided excellent customer service and assurance that the issue was something they could easily take care of. They allowed me to bring the vehicle in without an appt and removed the hanging protector to allow me to drive until the part came in. Moe A. was the person I dealt with. He was very professional, kind and easy to work with. The overall experience was great and I will definitely take my car back in the future. Honest and trustworthy.
