As I drove home from a late-night trip to Ikea last month, the driver behind me struck my car and it was totaled. My car was towed to Gerber ... with all the Ikea furniture still in the trunk! Because I had to leave town the next day, I couldn't retrieve my belongings from Gerber before the car was removed. I called and explained the situation to Tanya and she was extremely helpful. She took all the furniture out of the car, neatly boxed everything up, and labeled the boxes with my name. It was all there waiting for me when I arrived back in town. Thank you Tanya for saving me a lot of trouble!
