I recently had my parents travel to see my family from Ireland. On the day they were leaving, my father drove my car into my garage door, causing multiple scratches to the bonnet, windscreen and front bumper. Luckily he was ok but upset about not only damaging the car and garage but the cost involved in getting them fixed. Having dealt with your company previously for a minor collision my wife was involved in a few years ago, I called Gerber and got my car in for an inspection on Saturday, roughly half an hour before the location was to close for the weekend. We met David H. who after inspecting the car asked if we had time for him to try and take out a few of the scratches immediately. We were delighted and said of course. As happy as we were with that, we were even more excited when approximately 20 minutes later, David drove our car ... out of the garage - and the car looked completely fine! Not knowing anything about cars, we were at the mercy of your estimator and were dreading him telling us how much it would cost to replace. We were both humbled and delighted that your estimator not only dealt with our issue straight away but was able to fix it immediately. And then refused to charge us; instead, telling my dad "to be more careful next time, glad you had a good trip". I hope you know how lucky you are to have an employee who cares not only for your customers but also for your company's reputation. Know that we will speak fondly of Gerber Collision and Glass and your exemplary employees at functions and family gatherings in the future.
