I brought my car for an estimate at the Schaumburg location and the services were actually done in Melrose Park. I could not ask for better service between these two locations. I thank everyone I talked to and everyone who put in the labor. This is one of three accidents I have experienced THIS YEAR. All not my fault to clarify. The same shop fixed my car the first two times. I was scared to stray from them. But the other driver's insurance company insisted I go to Gerber. I see exactly why. You guys took care of me right away! My mind is blown at how fast it was fixed versus the month(s) I had to wait at the other place...and it was for way less damage. I've been through so much and you guys were able to empathize, communicate, do it faster than the date I was given, and put me at ease with my unfortunate luck. I truly appreciate it.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received at Gerber Collision in Clinton Township, MI. We took our car there for repair after my husband hit a deer. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. We received our car back a week earlier than their estimated time to fix the damage. That is amazing considering the shop told us when we took the car in that they may have to tow our car to another one of their facilities because they were overloaded with work at the time. Now that is service! We appreciated the updates from the technician as to where they were in the process of fixing our vehicle. We will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to friends and family. They are outstanding in every way!

My experience with Gerber Collision could not have been better. A buck slammed into the side of my car one night and he did severe damage to the driver side of my car. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and I would recommend them to others as well. The compassion and attention to detail Chris showed to me was appreciated. I am very pleased with the work and feel very comfortable driving my car again. I was only without my car for a period of 7 days. Thank you again for making such an unfortunate and scary incident into such a positive outcome.

Received great service from front office and the shop. Kayle went above and beyond on more than one occasion and is a big part of the reason I brought the vehicle back a second time even though State Farm did not have the Gilbert location on their network (they had Mesa). My son was treated with extra care when I brought him in with me to pick up. The Gilbert office makes you feel like more than a vehicle to repair.
