I must tell you I was very pleased with the customer service the repair work and the communication. My must also mention how great it was working with Antonio, he made the whole night mare of this accident much easier to deal with. However, I would like to say that I was totally pleased with Mia Lamoreaux at the Highland Park IL Gerber Collision and Glass repair facility. Mia kept in contact with me by phone and email as we tried to get all the information and payment verification from my claim through State Auto. I would rate Mia with all 10's and would not hesitate to contact that facility in the future should the need arise.
