I had a great experience working with Gerber. I was greeted when I dropped off my car, offered water & place to sit which helped calm me after my accident. Although that location was busy they took my SUV to the My Juliet location to ensure a timely fix. Jeremy did a phenomenal job repairing my truck, it looks amazing. Highly recommend Jeremy's quality workmanship & Gerber.

Gerber had repaired some damage that was done to my car earlier this year and because I was very pleased with the work and the employees, I decided to take his car there.

This shop came highly recommended, and I am absolutely impressed by the service I recieved here. I was looking for a place to help me get my rusted license plate screws out (one was actually stuck in the hole) and Allen M. (the estimator) got me RIGHT in to assess the situation and see if it was something his tech could fix. He thoroughly explained my options and potential ranges for prices, and was very truthful about everything. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning! That never happens to me! Mitch S. (tech) did a fabulous job with the repair, and was able to work his magic with getting the screw out without scratching the paint or stripping the hole! They had the car fixed in less than an hour!
