Gerber collision did an incredible job on my Honda 2007 CRV. When I brought it to get it fixed from an accident they got me in and out quickly. They were also able to point out all of the damage that needed to be repaired. During the process of fixing it, they kept me updated with the status of what was going on, which was very helpful in terms of timing. When I went to pick it up, it looked like a brand new car. They not only fixed the necessary areas, they detailed it so it looked clean and ready to drive. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at your Gerber Collision Evanston location. I was recently rear ended and State Farm recommended I use your services for the repair to my 2010 Mini Cooper. Nobody wants to bring there car into a repair shop, ever, but I had such a terrific experience dealing with your staff that it made the whole experience as least painful as possible. Jack S., Rachel S. and MJ (I don't have his last name), were wonderful. Rachel and MJ were a pleasure to work with and they seemed to really care about me and my car repair. Jack consistently went above and beyond. I was so impressed with the service Jack and the team provided, I would definitely return for future auto needs as well as recommend your company to my friends, family and co-workers. Calvin was gfreat. We stopped in for a quote to frearrange the bumper 9 (wife hit a cement bumper in parking lot). But Calvin got one of his workers to epoxy the bumper back into position at no charge! (I have had same car's rear bumper fixed twice at this location.

Two months after buying my car, someone swiped the front bumper in a parking lot, leaving scorches of white paint on my black car. Calvin took a look and removed most of the paint in 10 minutes and then said to come in the following week and he'd have the scratches buffed out. How much? $0. This place has a great vibe. The employees are super friendly and all seem to enjoy their jobs. I'm grateful for the complimentary quick fix. Thank you, Calvin! You're the best!

I have to say that not only the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 were done exceptionally , but Rachel S. was very exceptional to work with also. She listens well but is very quick as well as knowledgeable. Even when the window glass they received was defective, she called me promptly to tell me in a very courteous manner. I recently pulled the bottom of the bumper off of my car when it was caught on a curb. A minor problem but I could not drive my car and was stranded away from home. I was able to get to the Gerber location in Evanston and they kindly took care of my car on the spot and sent me on my way. They were courteous, competent and kind. What could have been a major inconvenience for me turned into a really pleasant experience because of their response.
