Great customer service and very helpful with rental car issues. They made this major hassle almost painless. Work was done promptly and as promised and was top quality. They even did some touch up work on my bumper that was not part of my claim! I also really appreciated that they not only washed my car's exterior, but they also cleaned and vacuumed the interior! I was treated with kindness and respect in general, which is something one no longer experiences with businesses very often.

I had work done here under the previous management. The door they repaired rusted. I brought it back, 5-6 years later, and they replaced the door, in fewer days than promised. I was very impressed and would recommend them.

I had an awesome experience at your Gerber Collision & Glass ,at the Evanston location . The staff is professional and friendly. The entire repair process was easy and carefree. I was informed with each step of the process. The open communication is terrific . My car is better looking than before the collision. Rachel is the best employee, she is patient and kind and informative. Great customer service from entire staff from start to finish. I am very pleased from start to finish. The estimate was very close to the actual cost. The scheduled drop off and estimated time to completion were just about as accurate. Quality of work of the body work and paint was very good as well. In all a great group of people working together to deliver quality service and work. Hopefully I won't need to go back but if I do will definitely keep them at the top of my list.

They explained the damage and estimated repairs and kept me informed of the status of my car repair. I am very pleased my car was repaired sooner than expected and they explained the final repairs.
