I had an excellent experience with Gerber. Initially suggested to me by my insurance company, the estimate was handled promptly and proved to be accurate. Repairs were as promised, when promised. I was especially impressed with the help of the personnel on billing, as I decided whether to pay for the repairs myself or to engage my insurance coverage. I was also impressed by the "hometown" feel of the facility--friendly, helpful, down-to-earth people--despite the shop's status as part of a very large corporate enterprise with hundreds of facilities around the country.

Thank you for your excellent customer service and top quality work to restore my car to a condition and appearance I thought was not possible due to my having to pay out of pocket for these repairs. Your staff treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy from the moment I entered your facility, while the work was completed and when I picked up my car. My car is an older model and the results from the accident caused me a great amount of stress because of the appearance of the damage, the cost to fix these damages and my concern that it would be a diificult challenge for any collision center to work on an older car and create an acceptable appearance. The Service is impeccable! The people who work there are phenomenal and I can tell you that I've taken my vehicles there for years, and it's consistent! Calvin is the most personable person that you could ever deal with! Professional, Courteous, Genuine! The work is done to perfection and they tell you that if you are not pleased, just bring it back-and they mean it! Why would anyone go anywhere else when you have it all right here!

Rob and Calvin were absolutely fantastic! They were overwhelming friendly, helpful and professional. I had a small problem with my drivers side window that they were able fix quickly and efficiently. They even offered to buff out a scratch on the back of my car at no charge. It is clear they go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied! It is such a pleasure to encounter good business practices and people who clearly enjoy their job! I will definitely return to this location for any further repair needs. I had an outstanding experience with the people at this auto body repair center. I had read reviews before stopping in for my estimate, and from the friendly and efficient service on my initial visit, I decided to not look any further. I am so glad I did! The scratch repair on the driver's side door was finished the same day I took it in, three days ahead of schedule! It looks as good as new, and the cost was also very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased, and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.
