This was our first experience with Gerber Evanston, but if we ever have another incident we won't hesitate to go back. Nate has been phenomenal, not only in terms of communication but going above and beyond to help us. We had two vehicles that were severely damaged by a fallen tree limb. Knowing that the vehicles would not be able to be transported immediately and would be susceptible to rain, he proposed a solution to protect the vehicles and drove out to wrap them in plastic to prevent further damage. This was immensely appreciated. When something unexpected like this happens, it's great to have a company that goes the extra mile to help their customers in a difficult circumstance. Thank you Nate!

Nate has been incredible to work with. Attentive, an excellent communicator and someone who leads with empathy. One tree hit both our cars in a reject storm and Nate has been in it to ensure we get what we need.

This was my first visit to Gerber Collision Evanston. Having dealt with other companies after an incident I have to admit I was skeptical. To my surprise the experience/interactions here were top-notch. The on-site technician (Anthony) took the time needed to listen to the issue, address all concerns I had and explained what was going on with my car. Thank you Anthony (& Gerber team) as I will certainly recommend this company moving forward.

I am writing to provide feedback on Bill W. and his team located in Evanston, Illinois. Starting with dropping the car off for extensive repairs Bill informed us of what would be done and the process that would be used. I was kept informed of the repair status with text messages throughout the process. Bills estimate of the time it would take to complete this repair was right on target. My confidence that the repair was done correctly was not only with the outward look of the car but by Bill taking time to walk us through and explaining the photos that were taken throughout the entire repair process. I was very impressed with the quality of work, friendliness and professionalism by Bill and his team.

My car was brought into Gerber Glass after a hit-and-run. The staff could not have been better. Fantastic customer service, Fast, efficient, and professional in the way they care for your car. I have an electric car. And I was hit in the back. We all learned that in electric cars when you're hit in the back, it disturbs some sensors in the front. It was only through their diligence and Care, that we discovered this fact and were able to re-calibrate the car. They went the extra step to figure ths out. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gerber glass and particularly want to thank Bill and Fabian for their time and care. Since you don't have an on-line survey (maybe you need one?) I'll answer your questions here: 10 -- Completely satisfied with customer service. It was helpful that I got a ride home when I dropped of my BMW. 10 -- Finished a day early. 10 -- I did have to return for an unforeseen problem with my hood latch -- it was taken care of promptly 10 -- Fabian stayed in regular touch via email to let me know the status of my repairs. 10 -- If it ever comes up I would recommend Gerber in Evanston.

Truly fantastic service. As a victim of a hit-and-run -- I was understandably pretty concerned/frustrated upon arrival. Fabian in particular was very professional and helpful in assuring me that the damage which I thought was catatrosphic was fairly routine and wouldn't be an issue for the techs. The guys did a great job on my car and even cleaned it up for me, which I didn't expect. As a result of some unknown battery issue (probably my fault), some of my car's features started acting out of sorts -- Fabian and his manager personally worked with me to get my car in ASAP and catered to MY schedule, for which I am very grateful. Furthermore the technician (forgot name, sorry) was willing to explain the issue to me at my level. 10/10 -- great people, great service.
