My car came in shortly after a hit and run accident, which caused damage to the front quarter panel on the driver side and prevented the door from opening on my Kia Rio. It wasn't driveable before it got to Gerber's. After getting fixed, I can't recognize where my car was hit and it drives better than it did before the accident. Thank you so much for your time and the great work you did on my Rio. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

From Gary Wilmoth who looked over my suv and gave me the estimate, to the update phone calls, and the wonderful friendly women at the front desk -- all were courteous, friendly, honest, and just all around helpful. We are very pleased with the repair that Gerber provided on our 2001 Lincoln continental. The car looks as good as new, and we know that even though the frame was distorted, it has been restored to it's original position and is safe to drive.

"I brought my car in thinking it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix a huge scratch I had put in the drivers side door. Gary Wilmoth came out, looked at my car and said let me see if I can't just buff those scratches out? 15 min later, my car looked great and the scratches were gone. When I asked him what that would cost me, Gary replied, "nothing at all Mame, it was an easy fix...no charge to you". The fact that Gary took the time to resolve my issue and did not charge me for his time was a rare thing. My husband and I have used Gerber for years and will never change services. Elise Lewandowski is on the top of her game...when the insurance company handling my claim was giving me the run-around, she stayed calm, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond what any repair shop I've ever dealt with before has done. She got a hold of the insurance company and got to the bottom of the situation!!! Can you believe that!!! I am so impressed!!! Gerber did an outstanding job at replacing/painting the bumper on my Ford. They said it would be done in 3 days and completed the work in 2 days! In addition, they completely surprised me by cleaning and vacuuming my car! I have two large hairy dogs and I haul them to the dog park regularly. My back seat and floor had so much hair on them when I dropped off my car, so I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned every single hair off the seat and floor. It was delightful! This is my second visit to Gerber and I always have a fabulous experience!
