Gerber did a very nice repair to my car and I was especially satisfied with the paint job done. Mike Pribyl went over the car with me and showed some of the smaller details that they took care of which impressed me the most.

The service was great from the time I placed my phone call until the warranty work was finished. Kudos especially to Kevin who came out to inspect my car at exactly the time he said he would and was very proactive and professional in his diagnosis, customer service and subsequent scheduling of the repair. Kevin also did the work at the time and date requested and did an expert repair job that I am highly satisfied with.

I had repairs done to my car that was damaged in an accident in April. I was able to get an appointment for the estimate on the day that I called Gerber, and the work was done promptly, and completed on the day promised. The damage was a bit more extensive than first estimated, but I was notified of that situation. The car looked good,was clean, and properly repaired. I have told State Farm, my insurance carrier, that I was pleased with the service provided.

She took great care to gather my information and explain the process that would get me back into my Jeep. She called each day to let me know where my Jeep was in the process. I received wonderful service from Ed at the Downers Grove location. Shortly after getting my car worked on I started smelling gas/fumes in the car, especially when the car was sitting idle. When I called and spoke with Ed he suggested I bring the car right in so he could take a look. When her first looked at my car, he wasn't able to find anything wrong with the exhaust, but I insisted there was truly something wrong wtih my car. He kept looking and finally found that when I had recently gotten an oil change, the oil change place did not replace the oil cap properly and there was oil sputtering on my engine, causing the smell. Ed was nice enough to check and see if I needed oil and the manager of the front of the house suggested I have the engine cleaned to prevent dust build up.
