It was so easy to work with Gerber. They contacted my insurance company directly, all I had to do is drop off the car and pick it up when done! Gerber even procured me a rental car and took care of all the billing for the rental as well. I'll definitely use Gerber again if my car needs body work.

Taking a car in for collision repair is usually not a pleasant experience. At Gerber Downers Grove, the experience was wonderful from the time of estimate to pick-up. The staff was very friendly, understanding and timely. My car was repaired well within the time frame promised and every effort was made to convey to me Gerbers pledge to take care of anything that was not to my satisfation. I would recommend Gerber to anyone looking for reliable care repair.

The service was great from the time I placed my phone call until the warranty work was finished. Kudos especially to Kevin who came out to inspect my car at exactly the time he said he would and was very proactive and professional in his diagnosis, customer service and subsequent scheduling of the repair. Kevin also did the work at the time and date requested and did an expert repair job that I am highly satisfied with.

I had repairs done to my car that was damaged in an accident in April. I was able to get an appointment for the estimate on the day that I called Gerber, and the work was done promptly, and completed on the day promised. The damage was a bit more extensive than first estimated, but I was notified of that situation. The car looked good,was clean, and properly repaired. I have told State Farm, my insurance carrier, that I was pleased with the service provided.
