Gerber was very fast an efficient and they kept me updated on the status of my car. One worker offered to stay late to see if my car could get finished quicker.Also, they are very thorough! Had they not done one last sweep over my car, I would've been driving on a damaged axel! Thank you Gerber.

On July 1st, 2011, I brought my hailstone damaged car to Gerber for repairs. My auto insurance company recommended them to me. My car, the night before, received allot of damage and looked like it was beyond repair. The Gerber employees assured me even though it would take a effort on their part, it would be done correctly. A month later, I was totally amazed how the repairs came out. My car looks as good as the 1st day, the day I picked it up from the dealer! Thank you Gerber for your professional work and honesty.

I liked the way I was treated from the day I came in for the estimate, again on the day I brought the car in for the repairs, conversations on the phone, and especially when I picked up my car. Ed took me out to look over the repairs and assured me that if I have any questions I can call him or bring the car in and Gerber will find a way to satisfy my concerns. Excellent!

This was the 2nd time I had my car repaired at Gerber (separate accidents) and they were great to work with each time. They kept me updated throughout the process and handled all the work very professionally. The staff even made getting a rental car and returning it as easy as possible. Though I hope to not see them again soon, I found the experience of getting my car repaired to be a lot easier than I ever thought it would be - all thanks to the great staff at Gerber!

It was so easy to work with Gerber. They contacted my insurance company directly, all I had to do is drop off the car and pick it up when done! Gerber even procured me a rental car and took care of all the billing for the rental as well. I'll definitely use Gerber again if my car needs body work.

Taking a car in for collision repair is usually not a pleasant experience. At Gerber Downers Grove, the experience was wonderful from the time of estimate to pick-up. The staff was very friendly, understanding and timely.
