The facility was very clean; the assessor, Elise, was meticulous and thorough and answered all my questions; I had an appointment time and was taken care of promptly. I decided to have some other work done at my expense at the same time. The end result was gorgeous!! Thanks again!

Excellent service, called every day letting me know the status of my car and when I picked it up it was completely cleaned inside and out. I was reluctant to use Gerber and wanted to use a shop that I had work done at in the past but a friend of mine had a great experience with Gerber a few months ago and I'm glad I listened. I will use Gerber for all of my repair work from now on.

"Dear Gerber Management, I have never taken the time to write a letter pertaining service provided to me from any establishment that I was serviced by. However, gerber and especially your Production manager, Ed Serat, took the time and gave me the service to me that was way beyond my expectations. He and Gerber should be congratulated for the empowerment you allow Ed to do his job, not only well, but beyond my expectations. I had a great experience. they were quick to assist me, very legit and professional. I was most surprised by how fast they were.both times-for my estimate (i walked in) and the turn around time for them to call me to set up an appointment. I was told to come in on a tuesday anytime of the day. i came in at 2:30pm, and though it was later in the day, they told me to have a seat and they would take care of my car...and only waited 0 mins! Very happy with the service and will come back (if I ever have to!) and will refer to my friends. Thanks!

Gary was my service technician. He's great. He recognized me from previous times that I've been in the shop. Also, we had minor scratches on our Toyota 4Runner, and they appeared to require buffing out. Gary immediately took the truck to the shop and within 15 minutes, my husband's beloved truck was void of its scratches. Thanks to Gary, my husband will be a happy guy once again! Thanks.

Gerber was very fast an efficient and they kept me updated on the status of my car. One worker offered to stay late to see if my car could get finished quicker.Also, they are very thorough! Had they not done one last sweep over my car, I would've been driving on a damaged axel! Thank you Gerber.

We were told our car would be ready in two days, and it was actually ready in one day, which was a most pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work. On July 1st, 2011, I brought my hailstone damaged car to Gerber for repairs. My auto insurance company recommended them to me. My car, the night before, received allot of damage and looked like it was beyond repair. The Gerber employees assured me even though it would take a effort on their part, it would be done correctly. A month later, I was totally amazed how the repairs came out. My car looks as good as the 1st day, the day I picked it up from the dealer! Thank you Gerber for your professional work and honesty.

I liked the way I was treated from the day I came in for the estimate, again on the day I brought the car in for the repairs, conversations on the phone, and especially when I picked up my car. Ed took me out to look over the repairs and assured me that if I have any questions I can call him or bring the car in and Gerber will find a way to satisfy my concerns. Excellent!

This was the 2nd time I had my car repaired at Gerber (separate accidents) and they were great to work with each time. They kept me updated throughout the process and handled all the work very professionally. The staff even made getting a rental car and returning it as easy as possible. Though I hope to not see them again soon, I found the experience of getting my car repaired to be a lot easier than I ever thought it would be - all thanks to the great staff at Gerber!
