I worked with Gary, who treated me very nice and promptly. My car was taken car of quickly and looked great when I came to pick it up. I was provided with an exceptional rental car and appreciated that very much. I would recommend and have recommended friends and family to Gerber for collision service in the past and they have been 100% satisfied with the work on their cars. I would not hesitate to return if I ever had a problem in the future as this business is exceptional in every way.

My car looks wonderful. You all did a perfect job on my brand new car that I only had three weeks before it was rearended. The color match is wonderful. You stayed in contact every step of the process and even though the rear glass broke and the replacement didn't come in from the dealer as promised. We still had the car back in the time frame promised

Just had the best experience one can have after needing bodywork done on my car. Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my car looked great. Received my car back much earlier than expected which was a nice treat. The inside was cleaner than after going to a high end car wash. It looked as if it had been detailed! Great service, even better communication and genuinely nice people made this experience above and beyond. Gerber is very lucky to have Jason as the new manager of this location. I won't ever go anywhere else if I need repairs ( hoping I don't need to see you though) and will tell everyone I know that this is where they need their collision repairs done. Thank you for making my almost 10 year old car look like new again. Outstanding on all fronts!

Outstanding. First time I have ever received update phone calls as to status of my car. Every 2 days a staff member called and gave me updates. That is what I called Customer Service.

I have had work done at this facility several times this year as I maintain a fleet of company vans. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the estimator has too. The wait time is always minimal and I walk out with a written estimate I can take back for approval. Very convenient location and a pleasure to work with !!!
