I don't often write reviews, as I feel only exceptional companies and service deserve a review and this Gerber location (Downers Grove) deserves exceptional praise. Their workmanship and customer service are second to none. It is rare to find the attention to customers these days that I have found here...from the great service from the two young ladies that greet and help you when you first walk in the door to the G.M. My car looks perfect and I feel Gerber wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied no matter whatever it takes! ... even though they didn't need to, as everything was perfect...I will continue to recommend this shop to everyone.

What a great bunch, very professional. I actually had 2 instances for front end damage, one paid for by Hartford, The second I personally paid for, The last time I needed a paint rub buffed out,,it was done cheerifully, I have told everybody that will listen of your Great service

I was amazed at the great job you did on buffing out scratches that I was sure would require repainting. It speaks to your honesty that you recommended trying the buffing instead of immediately jumping to an expensive re-paint job. Will definitely use Gerber for any future collision or glass work. I wanted to commend your employee Jason Genschoreck for a job above and beyond his duty. Jason would call every few days a let me know my mother's car was coming along, he was kind considerate and patient. Mother's 1998 88 Oldsmobile looks like it came off the show room floor. Fantastic job Jason you are great human being it is rare to find that these days. Thank you again for a wonderful job.

As it turned out I only had a "paint scratch" and they buffed it out, in addition to a small pre-existing one that I asked if they would also remove. They did it happily...great job - and didn't even charge me! Highly "wreckommend"!

I had a great experience getting the hail damage to my car fixed. Anna, the representative I worked with, was outstanding. The repairs were done perfectly and in a timely manner. I would highl;y recomend Gerber as the place to go for body repairs.
