I called Gerber with an issue with my front bumper. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and let me know I could bring it right in and the possible outcomes that might occur. When I arrived, Ray examined my car and quickly resolved my problem. He made sure I knew what had gone wrong and exactly what I needed to do next. I arrived in a car that was unsafe to drive with a great deal of anxiety about what was going to happen and how expensive it was going to be. Within a short time of arriving at Gerber, Ray had me back on the road in a safe vehicle. The experience I had at Gerber with Ray and the staff was extremely positive. I am very glad I chose to bring my car there, and they will definitely be my first choice every time.

Ray gave excellent costumer service. Thank you. I will recommend you to my friends and family. Ray was very courteous he explained what was going to be done, this time. He dropped me off at my home so i would not have to sit at the shop for hours, then delivered my car back to me after he test drove it. Thanks again.

My car looks brand new, I am so impressed. All of the repairs happened exactly how they said it would be, they called twice during the week it was there to tell me how it was going, and had it done when they said it would be done. I could not be happier. True professionals.

My experience from day 1 was excellent. Jason gave us a reasonable estimate to repair the body of my car. He gave us a tour of the body shop and was most informative. Anna was very professional and hospitable. I was able to leave my car at the shop beyond the completion date as I was on vacation. In addition, when I went to pickup the car I noticed a small chip Ray offered to take care of immediately. I brought the car to the shop the following Monday and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends. Thank you all for your great service.

Just picked up my vehicle and still surprised by the service. Jason, Louis, Anna and others were incredible. There is too much to say about the service, but I wanted to say thank you. I wish you were in a different business so I could use you more frequently. I teach college business classes and consult with companies. You can be sure that I will be raving about your service. Such a wonderful surprise considering how disappointing business can sometimes be these days. Anna walked me to my car and I had to stop to collect my thoughts I was so surprised. There was another couple there very happy with service, so it mustn't just be me. Thanks for being great folks and a great company. Incredible.

I really appreciated the service of received. I hit a deer unexpectedly and Gerber fixed it as good as new - it was amazing! They gave me a rental car for the duration of the repairs and they were really helpful and called me with updates before, during and after. It was great. I will definitely refer all my friends to them!

I stopped in without even making an appointment and asked for Jason, who had been recommended to me. He came right out and kindly inspected the damage on my car, then gave me a thorough explanation of what would be involved. Since the repair was likely to me more than the car is worth, I will face some decisions. Jason even helped me get the trunk open so I could extract some belongings, and he did this without charge, taking time away from other demands. I sensed that the other Gerber staff were likewise very service-oriented. Thanks, Gerber!
