stopped in to ask about a door alignment issue, and Ray one of the adjusters walked out to take a look at my issue. He asked me for my car keys and said he be right back, only to drive off and never to be seen again, just kidding. checking to see if anyone reads these. Anyway in less than 10 minutes he was back and walked me out to my car, issue resolved. Thank You Ray for being so helpful! Thank You Gerber for employing quality caring help! and thanks to the technician in the shop that made the adjustment!! Thanks to ALL!! I might add that the issue that Ray resolved for me was NOT as a result from shop work completed by Gerber. My connection to Gerber is thru previous work performed at this site , thru my insurer USAA; so again Thanks to both Gerber and USAA

Service was estimated to take 2 days but was completed in 1 day. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I showed up a minute after 530pm to pick up my car and did not feel rushed or that the staff was annoyed. Overall excellent experience with great communication. Will definitely recommend!

The downers Grove location did a good job as usual and the car was delivered on time. when I first inspected the car at the time of pickup I asked them to replace the wheel valve stem cover and buff some scratches which Luis did right away. Once I drove the car I immediately noticed that the car steering wheel now must be pulled right to keep the car straight so I will have to bring the Acura back to have the aligned redone. If not for that, I would give them 5 stars.

Ray helped me and was very friendly, professional, and prompt. The ladies at the front desk were also great. And the repair was done perfectly . Once again, I am very impressed with Gerber Collision.....best auto repair shop I've EVER experienced (and I'm getting pretty old!) They truly earn their 5 stars!

Gerber Collision & Glass has been AWESOME !!! The facility, employees, and services were the BEST !!!!! Have a body shop I normally go to, but they were booked up for weeks. Decided to try Gerber Collision, so glad I did. They did a SUPER Job on my van, I was very satisfied ! They were so friendly, great to deal with, and made you feel right at home. Finished in 3 days when it should have taken at least a week. Very pleased with the text and call updates. Also thrilled with the seamless transition in and out of the rental car. Many thanks to Luis for describing the work that was completed and Wendy for reminding me to grab my ipass out of the rental car, upon my return. Hope I don't have to see you again, but if I do, I know you'll take care of me!

I have been to Gerber several times before and had a great experience, and this was no different. Quality and service is always excellent. This time it was outstanding, however. Two employees stood out: Wendy and Ray. Wendy works the front desk and, in the short time I was waiting in the lobby, she handled each customer with courtesy and often humor. To me, the front desk is one of the most difficult jobs. Customers don't want to be there because something bad happened to our cars; we are worried and wondering how things will be handled. Wendy made us feel at ease, joking in a lighthearted way. Then there was Ray. There were a few minor dings that I expected to be included with the other work. 5 Stars Car looked great when we received back. The car was repaired within a week. A extra piece was order for us - we stopped back for the piece to be put on which was quick and they even washed the car. Very satisfied with experience.
