Repairs were handled in a timely and professional manner with excellent results. The interior and exterior of the car was thoroughly cleaned. They suggested optional painting repairs to the bumper for a reasonable incremental cost. Although the bumper damage was unrelated to the insurance claim, providing the opportunity to address this repair led to an even more satisfying end result.

Excellent customer service! They were ready for me at my appointment time and even called the rental car service to meet me at the shop. I received updates on the status of my car via text and they also called to update on the details of the repair. When I received my car back it was cleaner than I left it, both on the inside and outside. The red color of my car even seemed brighter!! Cory was excellent throughout the whole process, ask for him. Someone had hit my parked car and I had to go through their AllState insurance to get my car fixed, but Allstate's estimate was $1000.00 off of what Gerber assessed. Cory told me no worries and was able to get everything my car needed, as well as have Allstate foot the whole bill!

After being in a car accident, I couldn't have been more comforted and put at ease than with my Geico Assessor, Kyle N. and with Gerber Collision & Glass' Sate at the front desk in Des Plaines. Some of the most attentive, kind and helpful people you'll ever encounter. Normally, I have to ask many questions of Service places to get the answers I need, however, between Kyle and Sate, I didn't need to ask many questions at all. Excellent service from start to finish. The estimator was great at answering my questions and the final estimate didn't deviate much from the initial estimate. The update text messages were a nice modern touch as well. And you guys even delivered my repaired vehicle as a courtesy for pickup at a Gerber location near my house. Above and beyond my expectations!

In January 2015 I was involved in a car accident with my Chevy Trail Blazer. The at fault driver had State Farm Insurance, so I was required to go to Gerber in Des Plaines Illinois. The employees at this location were fantastic! I had the most interaction with Cory. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Steve who completed the repairs did an awesome job. My SUV looks just like new! Carlos who finished some detail work did a great job. Fate in reception was friendly and helpful. I also spoke with the manager John by phone, he was very accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions. Please recognize and thank everyone for their excellent service.

Received professional, topnotch service on my new Acura MDX. Entire front end smashed in, and required over a month of complex work. Corey, the lead on the project, was very attentive, kept me up to date on repairs and addressed all of my concerns. After I picked up the car, I noticed a minor noise issue. John took my car for a drive, figured out that it was the seatbelt, and it was immediately repaired. The staff brought the car back to its original pre-accident condition. Very happy with work and service. My dad had an accident and we are bringing his car into the shop for repairs as well. Thank you.

Gerber in Des Plaines, Illinois was great. They took my car in right away to be fied.. Called the next day with an update. The car was ready within 4 days. They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
