Within an hour of reporting the accident I had a call from Gerber to set up an appointment. They car was done before anticipated, and it looked great. They had even reset my clock. :) It was as good an experience as you're going to get following an accident.

Customer service above and beyond expected. I was running late to pick up my car due to Chicago traffic. They stayed late to deliver the car and even took the rental making sure the rental company would get it the following morning. Couldn't be happier with work and service
