We went to the Des Plaines location and Cory took care of us. The whole staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. My wife was having surgery that week, and we would not be able to pick up the car for some time. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Once we were able to pick up the car, they inquired about my wife, which made me feel that the staff are really GOOD people. The shop was very clean, and the car looks great. I am very impressed, and will not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who asks.Thanks again.

My wife's CRV was rear ended and banged up pretty good. We took it to Gerber Collision upon a family recommendation and we could not be happier with the results. The CRV is a few years old and has been through some rough Chicago winters and of course Chicago's amazingly well maintained roads. I expected the damage to be repaired on the vehicle but they went above and beyond. The vehicle was returned in mint condition, all repairs made, inside and outside of vehicle completely cleaned and was spotless inside and out. Just an awesome job and we highly recommend Gerber Collision.

Great service. They had my car ready two days before the estimated date. I also like the updates via text message. Its a great way of know what is going on with my car. The only thing I would suggest is to give a small bottle of paint for touch ups....
