I brought my car into Gerber for the second time this year and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Tony A., a really nice man. His estimate was fair and the final cost came in well under what he quoted. My car was ready more than a full day ahead of schedule and it looks great. I appreciate the company's professionalism and their attention to details. I wouldn't hesitate to refer family and friends to Gerber in Decatur, Ga.

This place is awesome! Kimberly was my estimator at the Gerber in Decatur, GA and was absolutely wonderful. Everyone at this facility is great, but Kimberly went above and beyond to make my car come out looking brand new. I don't have coverage for a rental car, so they expedited my repair and got it back to me within two days (I was originally estimated 4). She even got a previous hit-and-run scuff buffed out for free. Five stars can't begin to convey how impressed I was with the service here. I'd give them twenty stars if I could. I will absolutely recommend to others!!

My First accident ever(not my fault) and I have to say one of the most pleasant estimators Gerber has working in their Decatur office is Kimberly C. She took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish and it was amazing considering the circumstances!! She went above and beyond her job description to assist me. I left with a huge smile on my face. I will proudly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends here in Atlanta. FYI-I just moved here from Texas and appreciate the kindness your office gave me. Absolutely awesome service. From the time I met Jeffery with the estimate, the emails that updated my repairs, Dennis being honest with me that the car was not clean enough for pick up, and finally the pick-up--awesome. Unfortunately i had to call and get a windshield replaced the next day due to a rock flying up from the road. Because your service/customer-service was great--Gerber got the call for my windshield repair!!! Thank you!!!

The resurrection of my prized E320 was spearheaded by Kimberly C, an estimator at the DeKalb Industrial location. She was both professional and personable and met all my needs as a customer. In fact, she helped go above and beyond in getting my car brought back from the land of almost "total-loss" and looking like a brand new vehicle. These repairs also happened in far less time than I initially expected, minimizing the amount of agitation I spent dealing with finding alternate transportation. I had such a wonderful experience with Gerber after my Jeep was damaged in an accident. I mainly worked with Stephanie- and she was simply amazing. She was helpful, patient and friendly. She made it a point to make sure my husband (who was out of town during the time of the repairs) was kept in the loop, which was huge for both of us. The communication and updates we were given throughout the process was superb. One of the days my car was there Stephanie was out of the office, so I worked with Heather- and she was just as wonderful to work with. Gerber went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were 100% satisfied with the work our Jeep had done. Our car looks as good as new and the great customer service made our experience a positive one. You guys rock- true pros! Thank you!
