To all interested parties... Please take note that my husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with the quality of product and service we received this morning! We were concerned that we would regret not going to Lexus to have our front passenger window replaced, much to our surprise the technician (I think his name is Donny) called as promised, arrived in the time he said he would, installed our factory tinted window with precision and expertise, cleaned out the glass fragments from inside the door panel in no time! I'm a hard sell but my husband is impossible and he was impressed!!! That's impressive! Thank you Donny and Gerber you guys have two very satisfied customers today who intend to recommend Gerber and Donny the glass-man :-) for any future auto-glass replacement! My front bumper was cracked. Got two estimates and Gerber's was half what the other's. But even better, GM Ben Maley came up with a way to save me time, which is more important to me than cost. He got the bumper, painted it and then I came in to have it installed when it was convenient. I went across the street for lunch and when I came back my car was ready. Took about an hour.The other place wanted to keep it three days. Work was flawless.

I love the work that Gerber does. We have used Gerber several times with different vehicles we have owned. This visit was the repair of our minivan due to an accident. I left the van with them on Monday, Dec. 29, they called me on Friday, January 2 that it was finished. Upon arrival, a young lady assisted me and then Mr. Tony A. explained the repairs that were made, explained the final bill and accompanied me to my van to show the work that was done. They made sure the rental car was returned to the rental agency. The people who work in that location are friendly and helpful. Thanks Gerber!!

Kimberly was awesome and was really helpful. I have brought my car here once before and they did great work and I was very pleased. Unfortunately someone hit my car again this year and I knew right away that I wanted to bring it to Gerber. I got my car back quick and all nice and shiny and clean. They did amazing work. Very happy!
