I was kept informed of the process and treated well. Both Gerber and USAA told me what would be done to my Tacoma, how long it would take and the overall cost. Everyone at Gerber Collision was gracious and patient with me returning 3 times to retrieve items from my vehicle.

Gerber helped WAY more than either insurance company. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. Through text messages, phone calls and the app they kept me informed every step of the way. Randy, the GM, went out of his way to help me through the process and ended up saving me money and a whole lot of trouble. Highly, highly recommend Gerber!!

We had recent accident repair work to our Honda Accord which Gerber Kennesaw did a great job fixing. Because of the wonderful service we had received from Ashley, we brought the car in sometime later after noticing something had settled over the entire top of the car causing a rough texture on the painted surfaces and glass (not at all related to the prior work Gerber had done). Gerber expertly removed whatever had covered the car and restored the paint and glass to a beautiful smooth surface. Again, can't say enough what a great experience dealing with Ashley and Gerber has been. They've earned my trust and now have a faithful customer.

Tyler was exceptional in receiving my problem and resolved it in two days. We ordered the part and when it arrived two days later, it was fixed in only a half hour!!! I thank God it turned out to be a minor problem but he took it on as if it had been a big one. Thanks to the guys at Gerber in Tifton!!!

Great Job! It was better than what I was expecting. I can't even see the difference in the color of the repair area as to the rest of the vehicle. Perfect color match. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and given sufficient time to pick up my vehicle when It was ready.

Best collision service I ever had, Jasmine and Spencer were on top taking care my car. Several years ago Caliber auto service in Peachtree City did very slow job getting my car. Gerber were wonderful and getting my car early. you couldn't better team, Thanks so much for wonderful job
