We had an overall great experience with this Gerber location, and our truck looks beautiful. Jay and Elizabeth were very helpful in getting our vehicle repaired timely. We are still arguing with State Farm to get the truck front end aligned, but that is not Gerber's fault. I would definitely use them again.

Thank you to the staff at Gerber! Especially to Danielle who helped to facilitate getting my Tahoe back to me a week earlier than expected! As a Ride Share driver I was losing hundreds of dollars per day. She really went above and beyond.

What a phenomenal experience! EVERYONE there made this such a positive experience. I came in for my appointment and greeted by incredibly kind friendly staff. They were so patient with me and took such good care of me. Treated me like family. I loved knowing when I would get an update about my car. The text messaging system made it so much easier for me to get the information and continue to go about my day. I had personally worked with Kelsey who ensured that I was happy and cared for from start to finish. The front office manager (I didn't catch her name) thoroughly went over everything with me and was so personable. My car was completed very quickly and made it look like a car accident never happened. I was happily surprised when I got in my vehicle that it had been cleaned.
