This was by far THE best experience with a body shop. From start to finish I was informed. Leiden was professional and courteous. The staff was amazing and my car looks brand new. They even detailed it before I picked it up! Thanks!!! Should I ever need a body shop again, I'll send my car there! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

I want to share my appreciation for the excellent job done by Gerber Collision. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. A special thank you to Ashley and Taylor for their outstanding customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. I would also like to especially thank Lloyd for making me feel at ease during the entire process. He kept me updated with information the whole time my car was being worked on, which I truly appreciated. Because of their communication and professionalism, my overall experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs quality work and great customer service.

This is my 2nd repair service with this office/staff. They ask questions and offer their suggestions based on the situation and their experiences and knowledge. They 'say what they do, then they do what they say'. They keep me in the loop in the process, from start to finish. I have been very happy with their repairs, both body and glass.

The service provided by this location was excellent. From the initial contact, Ashley made me feel comfortable by explaining in details the steps they will take to fix my car. It was also a great advantage that they had special rates with the local rental agency since my insurance did not pay for the rental saving me a few bucks. The communication was excellent, Ashley kept me in the loop of the progress on the repair, informed me when delays were happening and why via texts and phone calls. The information were detailed and accurate. The repairs were done within the time frame given to me. The payment (my deductible) was due upon the repair being completely finished. They were very thorough and kept us updated as needed! The front desk lady April is so sweet and professional. Ryan and Dustin were so helpful in helping me understand the whole process and I 10/10 recommend Gerber but this Gerber location exceeded expectations!!!!
