There is not enough vernacular that I can utilize to express my gratitude for the impeccable customer service that I received from Tom D & Britney the front office clerk. I learned long ago that energy is contagious whether it is positive or negative and I am elated that the positive energy/customer service provided by the two individuals was contagious. I was pleased with the work but most importantly, I was pleased with the kind customer service that I received. Was here from Columbia,SC and was in an Accident that cause damage to my door. That was scrubbing against my tire. Called Jim explained my situation amd told him i did not want to drive back home with my tire like that. He told me to come in and let him see the damage and my car was fix im less then 10mins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Service was TOP TIER.

I had a very great experience today working with Lloyd. Lloyd is the most caring and honest professional that I have come across in this industry. Compared to a recent experience with another collision shop I'd rate my time with Lloyd at Gerber 10/10. He thoroughly informed me of the process and even answered all of my additional questions I had regarding my vehicle. I truly wish I came here the first time.

Great getting my trailblazer back sooner than I thought.looks good.like it didn't get hit.before I took it in.i thought it could not be fix like it was before.state farm had me to bring it Gerber I had a chance to take it somewhere else.gerber was closer to me glad I did.thought it would take longer but no it was ready.inno time and the work you can not tell it was hit .and the people that worked there done great work and people was nice.getting back and forth with a car rental.gerber will have my business from now on.great work guys and ladies.keep up good ?? work.

Where shall I begin. I walked in to the Gerber location located at 2395 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152 and worked with Ashley D. From the first time I walked in on June 12 to yesterday, June 20 in picking up my car, I was provided with the BEST Customer Service that I have received in a VERY long time. Ashley has such a passion for what she does and it shows through her SUPERB customer service She stayed in touch for updates often and basically came through with the timing, etc of having my car repair. I have already told people what a wonderful experience it has been even though it started with a bad thing...a wreck! Hopefully, I will not need them again, but if I do, they will see me again!
