The staff was very helpful from the time we walked in until we picked up the car. Craig was friendly and informative. He explained the paperwork to us, walked us around the car, marking the various dents and scratches, and kept us updated of the progress as we were on a time crunch due to the holiday week (Thanksgiving) and my daughter's need to return to school, out of state, by the end of the week. We are pleased with the work and appreciate the fact that the inside of the car was also detailed before pick up. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

The experience I had with Gerber collision and glass could not have been better. The nice lady at the front desk (I forget her name) was very kind and competent. Braxton was who I communicated with mostly and he went above and beyond with customer service. My car was finished earlier than expected and it looks great. What a refreshing experience. Highly recommend.
