I went on line and scheduled an appt for an estimate for 8-20 @ 11:00 am and was sent a confirmation. Then I was sent a message my appt was cancelled and to call to reschedule. I called the number provided and told the guy that answered I needed to reschedule and he hung up on me. I called back and the call was picked up and immediately hung up without saying anything. Very unprofessional .

Believe me when I tell you that this Gerber location is the best in the game. The staff, David and Skippy went above and beyond to take care of my wife's 2024 BMW 430i Coupe. They gave sound advice, did the work faster than expected with a quality that exceeded all expectations. You would never had known the vehicle ever had damage at all. Thank you gentlemen. I didn't have an accident, my truck is 13 years old.I Had my headlights replaced and wanted to have them fix.The receptionist was amazing she made the process so easy ,she got me in and out with no problem. The whole team was superb. I'm very impressed.

Couldn't be more satisfied: They had the best estimate over other shops (by over $1000); every time I showed up, they already had everything prepped and ready to go; the work was done ahead of schedule; the work was done flawlessly, with not even the slightest indication any work was ever done in the first place; they even returned my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off (and I keep my car very clean). These guys are pros and I couldn't be happier with their overall professionalism and the quality of the work. From the front desk to their technicians, I was impressed with all of them-other shops I talked to (cough, cough... Kendrick...cough) are not even close.

I had a great experience at the Gerber Collision in Kennesaw. They repaired my car in less time than I had expected and the quality of the repairs were excellent. Shea and other staff were very friendly and professional. They had great communication and let me know what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions.

Just wanted to take a minute and leave some feedback. I am very happy with my repairs. you guys took the time to keep me in the loop about the process and when the car was ready, it looks beautiful. The only thing is that it took forever to get a headlamp that wasn't damaged. i know that isn't your fault and you kept me informed which is very important. Thank you so much for taking care of my convertible mustang like you did. I promise to be more careful. ;)

I noticed a few small chip spots around the frame of my right door, however, overall I am satisfied with the service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass. I especially would like to thank Ryan for keeping me informed with the progress of the repairs to my vehicle, 2015 Black BMW 328i. And the Customer Service Receptionist, when talking to me, she was always very courtesy and professional.
