The service from Bobby when I first arrived was like he really cared about me and getting my vehicle repaired. He was very informative and knowledgeable.The estimator, Dennis was helpful of letting me know all of what was going on with my vehicle and informing me of the stages of repair it was in. When I did receive my vehicle, I was surprised to see that even the inside was cleaned and vacuumed. Bobby also went through the list of what was repaired and informed me of the warranty on the repairs. I am glad I went to Gerber.

This is my second time coming to Gerber at the Decatur location and I will never go to another auto repair place. I was in an accident at 7:45 AM on a Saturday, and by 11:30 AM, I was on my way to work in a rental car. They work seamlessly with my insurance and have a great relationship with the car rental location. The individuals were friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable. During the repair process, I appreciated the frequent contact and clear communications about the costs, etc... After nearly $7,500 in repairs, I left very happy with my vehicle (which is saying something!). I'm not one to leave embellished, over-the-top reviews, but this is a GREAT auto shop. I can honestly say they give great service because this was the 3rd time I have gone to them over the past 10 years to get my car repaired. I go to them because they are reliable, have years of experience and I have never had any problems with them regarding payment. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, they even stayed till 6:00 pm one time to allow me to pick up my car because I get off work the same time they close 5:00pm. Thanks Gerber.

I wasn't sure which body shop to use, but I decided to go with Gerber solely because of its proximity to where I live. I'm glad I did because I received 5-star service. Kimberly was the estimator who helped me through the process. She was knowledgeable, and equally importantly, personable. I received outstanding customer service from her and Gerber Collision. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and got it back on Monday, on which she called in the morning, giving me plenty of time to plan for pickup later in the day. I won't even consider going anywhere else in the future for any auto repairs unless the insurance company picking up the bill dictates that I do so. My profession is running a sales staff and servicing clients. I can't tell you how impressed I was by the folks at Gerber. My estimator was Kimberly Christian and she was amazing at her job. Clear, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty. She stayed until 6:15 tonight to let me get my car and when i arrived, she was there with a smile and even washed my car! She's so good, I just might have to recruit her to come work for me (just kidding!) All in all, I will ALWAYS go back to you guys! Kimberly was the best and I feel lucky to have got her as my estimator.
