My experience at Gerber (Crystal Lake location) was outstanding. I called on a Sat. morning and they allowed me to come in and drop my car off for repair following a minor car accident. I was dealing with Farmers Ins. (not my own) as the party who hit me was deemed 100% responsible. Enterprise dropped a car off for me while Gerber took care of the rest - an employee there even assisted me in removing a car seat and installing it in the rental. My car was ready on Monday afternoon. I parked the rental, stepped inside for a couple of minutes to sign off on paperwork, inspected the work done while someone once again assisted me with the car seat. From the moment I walked in your facility I was treated as if I were the only customer. Welcomed by the receptionist, and the estimator, explained the process, was given a rental car in and out in minutes. Repairs were completed a day sooner than promised, and on delivery It was explained to me the repairs that were done and the warranty. The car was cleaned and looked new. Great service, very friendly. My car was fixed within an hour AND it was washed for me. That was a good surprise since it was on the list of things to do in the bitter cold. They treated my car like it was worth a million dollars. Thank you. It was a great experience overall.

"I would like to compliment one of your employees, Margie. My Subaru Outback is scheduled to be repaired by Gerber next week. While inquiring about a rental car, I learned that dogs are not allowed in them. This was very dishartening to me, as one of my Golden Retrievers, Kodi, is a therapy dog and visits the Fair Oaks Health Care Facility in Crystal Lake on a regular basis. Long story short, Margie took it upon herself to contact Matt at Enterprise and apprise him of my situation. As a result of the extra time she took, Matt contacted me and made an exception to the "No Dog Rule."
