"After having trouble and being totally dissatisfied with work done at a suppossedly reputable body shop.???????????? took my car to Gerber to see if they could repair the repair. Mike was very, very helpful and the work was carried out in a couple of days, needless to say the repaired, repair was excellent.!!!!!!!! Taking my car back for "slight " repairs to the front end. Hate winters.!!"

My experience at Gerber (Crystal Lake location) was outstanding. I called on a Sat. morning and they allowed me to come in and drop my car off for repair following a minor car accident. I was dealing with Farmers Ins. (not my own) as the party who hit me was deemed 100% responsible. Enterprise dropped a car off for me while Gerber took care of the rest - an employee there even assisted me in removing a car seat and installing it in the rental. My car was ready on Monday afternoon. I parked the rental, stepped inside for a couple of minutes to sign off on paperwork, inspected the work done while someone once again assisted me with the car seat. From the moment I walked in your facility I was treated as if I were the only customer. Welcomed by the receptionist, and the estimator, explained the process, was given a rental car in and out in minutes. Repairs were completed a day sooner than promised, and on delivery It was explained to me the repairs that were done and the warranty. The car was cleaned and looked new.
