"I would like to compliment one of your employees, Margie. My Subaru Outback is scheduled to be repaired by Gerber next week. While inquiring about a rental car, I learned that dogs are not allowed in them. This was very dishartening to me, as one of my Golden Retrievers, Kodi, is a therapy dog and visits the Fair Oaks Health Care Facility in Crystal Lake on a regular basis. Long story short, Margie took it upon herself to contact Matt at Enterprise and apprise him of my situation. As a result of the extra time she took, Matt contacted me and made an exception to the "No Dog Rule."
